Board approves personnel list, denies one attendance transfer and grants Riverwalk easement

The board approved the motion by voice vote (ayes prevail 6 to 0). The presenter explained the easement would be for 25 years, the town would maintain the path and parking area (approximately 14 gravel spaces) and the project is grant-funded.
The board certified by roll call that the closed meetings were used only for the identified personnel, student and contract matters and adjourned after final certification.
