Jurupa Valley planning commissioners pick winners for Best of Jurupa Beautiful Home Award

The Jurupa Valley Planning Commission on May 13 selected winners and runner-ups for the 2026 Best of Jurupa Beautiful Home Award program. Staff said nominees were accepted March 1 through April 26 and winners will be invited to the June 4 city council meeting for recognition.
Winners announced (by district): District 1 — 10070 Woodbridge Lane (runner-up: 6130 Homestead Street); District 2 — 5301 Capella Court (runner-up: 6751 Tanzanite Street); District 3 — 7786 Longs Peak Drive (runner-up: 4324 Ridge Rider Court); District 4 — 7024 27th Street (runner-up: 6918 Adele Lane); District 5 — 6841 Abel Stearns Avenue (runner-up: 6168 Covello Street).
Curtis Miller, who led the awards presentation, said the program aims to emphasize neighborhood pride and encourage property maintenance. Commissioners cast first- and second-place votes by district and staff tabulated results.
Next steps: Staff will notify winners and invite them to the June 4 council meeting for formal recognition.
