Kandiyohi emergency manager presents EOP review, says board will get jump drives with confidential plan

Bonama said the county’s application is currently with the Lessard‑Sams Outdoor Heritage Council (LCCMR) and that staff are pursuing congressional community‑directed spending advocacy in parallel; the county expects to know whether the LCCMR advances the project in June.
