A committee member moved to recommend approval of SRF’s task order (Task Order No. 2612323231) in the amount not to exceed $27,000 and to amend the scope to include Prairie Drive; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.

Staff said the analysis will include an on‑the‑ground kickoff with school representatives, data collection, and recommendations for intersection treatments and circulation improvements; the city will work with SRF on the study schedule and stakeholder outreach.
