District proposes Little Flyers rate increases as startup funding arrives

Board members asked about part-time contracts and how many families use them; Kayla described toddler-room part-time use (six T/Th; three M/W/F) and said overall the program continues to stabilize. Trustees told Kayla they preferred providing parents with notice and supported sharing the proposed letter with families prior to the June decision.
