Board members asked about timelines for completing standards alignment and how ACP (academic and career planning) goals are documented and revisited; administrators said ACP goals are set in advisory annually (beginning in ninth grade) and revisited mid‑year and year‑end. The board approved the OE‑1 report with exceptions noted and asked administration to return with clearer documentation methods for MLSS and a plan to finish course‑level standards alignment.
The board voted to accept the report by voice vote; administration will continue the work of training, alignment and documentation improvement through the coming year.
