Marquette County planning panel elects new chair and sets regular meeting time

The committee later debated start times to accommodate staff and members and agreed to make the standard meeting time the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. A motion to set that schedule was made, seconded and approved by the committee.
Both procedural votes were carried by voice without recorded roll-call tallies. The committee will publish its calendar change in the official minutes and proceed with committee business under the new schedule.
