"The artisan addition to the BC zone is just really a blessing," Jones said, explaining that the change would allow small food producers to locate in smaller, sprinklered condominium spaces rather than only in large industrial buildings.
Commissioners moved and seconded a recommendation to adopt the amendments with the findings on the screen; roll call recorded a unanimous 'yes' response in the transcript and the motion carried. The ordinance language and finalized code edits will be transmitted to the City Council following standard procedure for adoption.
