Committee approves 2026 grievance committee pool slate

Lambert told the committee the grievances considered by the panel are limited to terminations, suspensions, involuntary transfers and demotions; members are selected by assistant county administrators and serve three-year terms. He listed the appointees who would fill the term—Jared Windjet (tax collector), Kirsten Robinson (county engineer), Robert Finchman (safety specialist), Derek Julian (heavy equipment operator), and Anthony Dawson (procurement buyer)—and said they had agreed to serve.
A motion to approve the slate carried on a voice vote.
