The presentation thanked community members who testified before the school board and said staff remain focused on finding an alternative agreement to allow construction to start this calendar year.
Jessica (staff) and the district director said they would circulate video of the Oregon City School Board testimony and debrief the DAC at a future meeting. "We are working really hard to find an alternative way to get an agreement that satisfies both OCSD and NCPRD so we can start construction immediately. Our goal is to start construction this calendar year," the director said.
Next steps: Staff will continue negotiations with the school district, share the school board testimony video with interested parties and update the DAC by email and at the next meeting if the schedule changes.
