Roundabout IGA cap with Youngsville: Council approved Resolution 9000‑26, amending the FY25–26 operating budget and authorizing the mayor to execute an intergovernmental agreement with Youngsville for improvements at Larivier Road and Highway 92 (a roundabout). Gerald explained Broussard's share would be capped at $150,000 to limit local exposure should overruns occur.

Concession agreement amendment: The council approved Resolution 901‑26 to amend the concession agreement with Bon(t) Concessions LLC, extending the contract to 2032, clarifying maintenance and equipment responsibilities, and establishing a rent adjustment when a planned pickle‑ball concession opens.

Zoning adoption and budget introductions: On second reading the council adopted Ordinance 26‑841 to add Map F14 to the zoning map — portions designated R‑1 single‑family and community commercial along LA 90/Highway 92, Young Street and FOB Road.
