Mr. Jackson moved to approve the agenda; a second was recorded. Later Mr. Jackson moved to accept the consent agenda and M. Lee seconded; the board voted unanimously to approve. Following consent items, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded, and the chair called for a vote. "All those in favor? It's unanimous," the chair said, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:11 p.m.
