The Sacramento County Planning Commission on May 11 voted to reinstate a use permit allowing automobile repair at 7128 Kingsley Street in South Sacramento.
Planning staff said the request (PLMP 2025-0000114) seeks to reinstate a nonconforming automotive-repair use at the property approximately 300 feet north of Floren Road. Staff described the application as noncontested and environmentally exempt. Commissioners waived a full staff presentation, asked no substantive questions, and the commission approved the item by voice vote; the clerk recorded aye votes from the three members present. No public comments were submitted for the item.
The commission’s action forwards the approved reinstatement as recommended to the Board of Supervisors where required by procedure.
