"So the first part of this letter is to give permission to use the faximile stamp and the second part of the letter is to ... allow the town clerk's office to do those actions," the Town Clerk said in describing the authorization.
A motion to grant this permission was made and seconded and approved by voice vote. The clerk noted the stamp used last year could be reused and that signatures on the authorization were legible. The board then signed the authorization letter and the clerk confirmed one registrar had already signed earlier in the day.
