Field trips, vehicles and procurement: The board approved the Beaver Dam High School marching band trip to Disney (out‑of‑state) and granted administration flexibility to purchase up to two student transportation vans prior to the end of the fiscal year, funded from a $50,000 depreciation/equipment line. The board also discussed referendum project construction updates and bid reviews; staff reported the mill‑rate projection remained below the pre‑referendum estimate.
Personnel actions: The board approved a resignation, multiple leaves of absence, a slate of appointments (Kristen Angelmeer, Tom Bach, Shelley Ellenbeck, Jamie Han, Erin Torres, Nicole Voit, Lindseay Verbanic and Ross Wargala), a final notice of non‑renewal for Emily Kaditz and the certification of a tentative list of 264 graduates for the class of 2026.
Finance and adjournment: The board approved payment of claims read at the meeting (reported as $4,849,126.56) and adjourned after a motion to end the meeting.
