Three Rivers board approves wide consent package: resignations, contracts, trips, handbooks and coach hire

The packet also included routine policy and handbook updates the district said were required by recent state attendance legislation: elementary, middle and high school handbooks were revised to reflect new attendance language; middle and high school handbook updates also included cellphone and alternative-school language.
After discussion and questions about transportation for extended-school-year special education services and other details, the chair moved to approve items A through CC as presented; the motion was seconded and recorded votes show trustees Miller, Hughes, Evans and McDonald voting yes.
Separately, the board approved item DD, appointing Chelsea Miller as girls varsity head coach for the 2026''7 school year. The motion to approve DD was made, seconded and recorded as approved.
