Council approves four appointments to Memphis Metropolitan Land Bank Authority to restore quorum

Adrien Henning said he has worked as a realtor for nearly a decade, and Curtis Braden noted decades of commercial real estate experience and prior work with the city’s earlier land bank entity.
Council members asked routine questions about the authority’s current membership and whether the board selects its president; staff said the board selects its own president and outlined the existing members on the roster. After discussion the committee voted to approve the full slate and to grant same-night minutes so the authority can convene with a quorum; the recorded result was a majority "I" with one abstention (the transcript does not name the abstaining member).
