Board approves student trips: volleyball, JROTC drill competition and senior class trip

Emily, the senior class president at East Hickman High School, requested a May 14 senior trip to Dollywood for about 50 students at a cost not to exceed $35 per student; the board approved that request as well.
All three motions were approved by voice vote; supervision, chaperone and transportation arrangements will follow the district’s usual procedures.
