Young County approves grant resolution to combat catalytic-converter thefts

During discussion, commissioners asked about payback provisions; county staff said the county would be required to return grant funds in full if the funds were used for purposes other than the grant program. Commissioner Scott Shook moved to approve the resolution; Commissioner Alan Craig seconded the motion and the court approved it by voice vote.
