Greor highlighted new water fountains installed under a previously approved grant, recent event support (including a first‑ever large screen movie on the turf and a bonfire with city support), and the maintenance team's response to 44 snow events between Nov. 26 and Feb. 15. She said the operations team staffed every home football game in partnership with the SRO to address prior vulnerabilities at the stadium’s entry points.
Greor framed the work as incremental operational improvements that enhance safety, record security and student experience; the board acknowledged the update and had no action items tied specifically to the report.
