ELAC recommended continuing work with Michael Scott of Orox for right-of-way negotiations, and commissioners approved moving forward with that contracting step.
On 49 North, staff presented two partial right-of-way agreements. Parcel 44 sits behind an intermountain gas station and required an administrative settlement addressing a few trees along the frontage; staff said total compensation for that parcel was just over $7,000. Commissioners approved acceptance of the right-of-way agreements for parcels 29 and 44.
Staff said these right-of-way steps enable upcoming construction and private-property adjustments associated with the projects. The meeting record shows motions for both items were made, seconded and carried; the transcript does not record individual vote tallies.
