"It's not going to affect anything other than y'all are not going to see it for another week," he said, adding that the extra week should give members time to review reports in advance.
Board members raised scheduling conflicts: one member noted that the third Monday is the city council meeting and suggested Tuesday would avoid that clash. After discussion, a motion to change the meeting day to the third Tuesday was made, seconded and carried by voice vote; individual roll-call votes were not specified.
