Resident tells Parkway board it failed to listen, calls members "three bad apples"

"We got three bad apples sitting at this table," Hartman said, directly criticizing several board members for what he described as dismissive treatment of public speakers and failing to listen when names were called.
Hartman told the board that the conduct had undercut his efforts over five years to commend the district and its teachers when speaking with educators across the state. He urged board members to be honest and, if appropriate, to apologize: "All you had to do was just be honest and say, I'm sorry," he said.
The chair thanked Hartman after his remarks and the meeting moved on to routine agenda business. No board member offered an immediate response or formal remediation during the public-comment period.
Hartman's comments were delivered during the citizen-statement slot; the board took no formal action in response at the meeting.
