Board member Dick moved to permit the withdrawal; the board voted unanimously to allow it.
Igo said the withdrawal removes the matter from tonight’s agenda; because the withdrawal was granted without prejudice the applicants are free to refile in the future if further work is completed. The board did not take other action on the property at this meeting.
