Residents urge Berwick Area SD to back House bills on athletics fairness and LGBTQ protections

The comments also included appeals from parents who focused on district priorities such as playgrounds and student activity needs. The board did not take action on a resolution supporting either bill during the meeting; public comment was recorded and the items remain suggestions from the community.
