During a SkillsUSA presentation, a student thanked the district for support and described a coffee table built by students that will be placed somewhere in district facilities. Mr. Anger introduced the student presenter and trustees posed for photographs following the presentation.
Ivon Walker asked trustees to approve sending four HOSA officers to Indianapolis to attend classes on running a HOSA program and prepare for future competition; the board approved the trip by voice vote. No students traveled to the meeting to speak; the board expressed appreciation for the student programs and their community contributions.
