The Great Falls Business Improvement District board voted April 9 to award City Bar a $5,000 interior grant.
Kellie Pierce, BID staff, said City Bar resubmitted its Interior Grant application with an estimate totaling $18,328, which she said made the project eligible for the program's maximum $5,000 award. "The estimate provided totals $18,328, which would make this project eligible for the maximum interior grant of $5K," Pierce reported.
Erica Ferrin moved to approve the Interior Grant for City Bar for $5,000; Keith Cron seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Kellie also reported that updated grant criteria from board member Neal DuBois had not yet been received and the current criteria remain in use. The board did not change criteria or funding caps at this meeting.
Next steps: Staff will process the grant award for City Bar under the existing grant criteria and report status at a future meeting.
