Members also announced a subcommittee vacancy: one member is moving this summer, creating the need for a third reviewer to serve as a tie-breaker on SOQ rankings. Board members volunteered to help recruit or fill the position and to participate in the interview process as needed.
The board did not take formal action on an RFQ award at this meeting; staff will coordinate interviews and return with results.
