Council members negotiated reductions to some line items (reducing a Pixie Woods request, moving lighting upgrades into a different budget line) and ultimately approved a reallocation that prioritized immediate fire station repairs and selected public works projects. The motion carried 6–0; staff will coordinate repairs and bring CIP scheduling for major roof work in future budget cycles.
