Kauffman said the Orient Energy Center road project has about one-half mile remaining after one mile was completed, and reported Govig is nearly finished on the N11 Lincoln bridge with crews preparing to move to N27 Lincoln. Gus Construction was working on the W9 Lincoln project. Heavy rains prompted the county to close W26 Prussia; Kauffman said a letting for repairs is expected in the first week of May and that Hungry Canyons will award projects on May 15. He also reported quarry crushing should occur within one to two weeks, that dump-truck delivery is expected in May though some equipment purchases may not arrive until September, and that the county is obtaining mowing bids for three locations and working on Casey intersection improvements and a Stuart detour.
