The Adair County Board of Supervisors approved several routine administrative items on April 8, including a postage meter lease, a cemetery mowing contract and a county cyber application.
Brenda Wallace, County Treasurer, presented a Pitney Bowes postage meter lease at $188.37 per quarter; the board approved the lease. The board also acknowledged receipt of a tax suspension request presented by Wallace. Separately, the board authorized the chair to sign the county cyber application and authorized the chair to sign the Grove Cemetery mowing contract. All motions were recorded as approved.
The meeting record shows claims totaling $7,154.57, including a payment to the Adair County Insurance Trust for $7,154.57, which the board approved earlier in the meeting. Treasurer Wallace exited the meeting at 9:06 a.m. The board adjourned at 9:28 a.m.
