Beaton Drive reconstruction (Improvement District 3010): Hansen requested approval of task order 105 with Moore Engineering for $141,000 to advance right‑of‑way, environmental review and permitting for a multi‑fund project that includes roadway reconstruction and a multi‑use path; commissioners approved the task order.
Overpass and construction management agreements for the 9th Street grade separation (Project 2293) were approved; Hansen said the BNSF easement and temporary/permanent easement fees total $44,845 and BNSF awarded an approximately $600,000 grant to the project.
