Heidi elected board president as trustees name 2025 officers

The Roseville Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees reorganized its leadership for 2025 on Dec. 17, electing Heidi as board president, approving Mara as vice president and confirming a clerk and the superintendent as secretary of the board.
Outgoing board president, who had served two years in the role, nominated Heidi and said the board approved the motion unanimously. Heidi thanked colleagues, made light of a campaign prop she described as “an emotional support dumpster fire,” and accepted the presidency.
Trustees also nominated and approved Mara to serve as vice president and confirmed the board clerk position. The board approved its 2025 regular meeting dates (Exhibit A) and delegated court/ county-reorganization voting authority to a designated representative; Bill was selected as the district’s county committee representative for the year.
The leadership changes took place as part of a broader organizational item that included routine appointments and scheduling. There was no separate substantive policy action in the leadership votes; the board immediately moved on to recognition of student representatives and regular business.
