Officials noted the new license mirrors a license type already held by other local stations and that three licenses previously associated with permanently closed or administratively forfeited merchants were deleted from the code. The ordinance passed on board motion and roll call; no members of the public objected during the hearing.
Staff member Evan said the license is consistent with prior local approvals and offered to answer follow‑up questions. The ordinance will be recorded in the municipal code as amended.
