Perris Union High trustees approve annual special tax for Community Facilities District 92-1 in 3–2 vote

PERRIS, Calif. — The Perris Union High School District Community Facilities District (CFD) 92-1 board on May 21, 2025 voted 3–2 to adopt Resolution No. 28-2425, establishing an annual special tax for the 2025–26 tax year.

The resolution was moved by Trustee Christie and seconded by Trustee Stafford. The district’s special tax administrator explained the levy’s purpose, saying, “this is the annual levy that you have to place on the taxes so that we can collect the taxes to cover the debt.” After the roll call vote, the resolution carried by a three-to-two margin.

The action followed approval of the minutes from the CFD 92-1 special board meeting of June 12, 2024. Trustee Garcia moved to approve the minutes and Trustee Hall seconded; the board approved the minutes unanimously, five in favor and none opposed.
