Perrysburg board presses for broader community outreach, asks staff to share contacts and calendar

Staff member Katie said a shared Google sheet containing booster-group contacts exists from the prior year and that she would re-circulate it. The board asked staff to pilot a public-facing calendar of engagement opportunities so members can sign up to staff events and avoid duplicating coverage.
Context: Board members proposed a quarterly cadence of outreach to particular parent and booster groups, and discussed informal pop-up approaches (library hours, restaurant tables, sidelines) to make themselves more accessible between levy cycles. The board also discussed assigning members to different community segments and sharing schedules through district communication channels so the public knows where representatives will be available.
