Fillmore County board approves Beckler and Dunse subdivisions

The board approved the subdivision after discussion and roll call (Ayes: Cerny, Graham, Harre, Lightwine, Neiman, Noel, Sluka).
The Dunse Subdivision, located in the east half of Section 20 in Franklin Township, was presented with its legal description and a calculated area of approximately 257,957.73 square feet (about 5.92 acres). The board approved the Dunse Subdivision by unanimous roll call as well.
Both approvals were recorded as motions with unanimous votes and do not, by themselves, indicate final permitting or any county infrastructure commitments; the legal descriptions and acreage figures are included in the official minutes prepared by the county clerk.
