Zoning Administrator Shaundee Graham presented two subdivision applications to the Fillmore County Board of Supervisors on May 12, and the board approved both by unanimous roll call.
The Beckler Subdivision, located in the southwest quarter of Section 25 in Exeter Township, was described in the meeting record with precise bearings and distances and contains 3.43 acres, more or less, including approximately 0.42 acres of county road right-of-way. The board approved the subdivision after discussion and roll call (Ayes: Cerny, Graham, Harre, Lightwine, Neiman, Noel, Sluka).
The Dunse Subdivision, located in the east half of Section 20 in Franklin Township, was presented with its legal description and a calculated area of approximately 257,957.73 square feet (about 5.92 acres). The board approved the Dunse Subdivision by unanimous roll call as well.
Both approvals were recorded as motions with unanimous votes and do not, by themselves, indicate final permitting or any county infrastructure commitments; the legal descriptions and acreage figures are included in the official minutes prepared by the county clerk.
