Council questions and clarifications: Councilmembers asked about current fee levels (staff said the previous fee dated to 2012 and was approximately $4,200), whether accessory dwelling units (ADUs) were included (staff will return with ADU specifics at council direction), and how the city compares to neighboring jurisdictions.
