Redwood County commissioners on Dec. 16 held a public hearing and unanimously adopted an amended ordinance to regulate cannabis businesses.
Chair Rick Wakefield opened the hearing and County Administrator Vicki Kletscher presented the affidavit of publication. No members of the public testified during the hearing. On a motion by Jim Salfer, seconded by Van Hee, the board voted unanimously to adopt the amended ordinance.
The minutes record that the ordinance amendments were before the board for enactment and that adoption followed the public hearing with no public comment. The adopted ordinance and the published affidavit are included with the meeting materials.
