We'll be on the second floor, and then Style Junkie Boutique, Jodi Brand, will be on the Ground Floor.” He said he expected to submit permit plans in the next 45–60 days and anticipated the initial building would be finished before the end of the year, with additional buildings to follow after permits are issued.
Commissioners pressed the applicant on parking contingencies and timing if the adjacent buildings are not built. Saldana said current nearby businesses are managing with on-street parking and that he expected the subsequent buildings to provide additional spaces. Planning staff noted the shared-parking arrangement was the reason this site plan appeared before the commission rather than being approved administratively.
The commission moved and approved the site plan with the staff-reported shared-parking arrangement and standard conditions.
