Stultz asked the board to “delay the approval of a candidate until her certification is fully verified and the district evaluates the impact.” He said multiple parents had pulled children early or kept them home rather than send them into the described classroom setting.
Board leadership acknowledged receipt of his communications and said the board would “lean on the district administration” to follow up. No board action or vote on the individual staffing matter took place during the meeting; the public comment period concluded after Stultz’s remarks and the agenda proceeded to the consent items.
