- VA26009, vacation of a portion of Texrail Drive (Mercantile Center Addition): Staff said the portion to be vacated cannot be fully constructed because of a diagonal rail alignment; Westwood Professional Services attended for questions and the commission approved the recommendation to city council.
- Public art waiver (Sequillo Vasquez Park art installation): Arts Fort Worth project manager Adam Neece requested permission to issue a building permit for a public art installation without a recorded final plat; the commission approved the waiver to permit issuance of a building permit without the recorded plat.
All motions passed on voice or roll‑call votes; when commissioners were polled in roll calls the tally was unanimous for the items described.
