Lake County commissioners approve loan application, appropriations transfers and $11.5 million in payments

Finance staff presented and the board approved payment of bills as listed on the commissioner's approval journal in the amount of $11,514,750.62 and approved purchase orders totaling $614,426.44. Other budget housekeeping measures — increasing appropriations in various non-general funds and transferring cash and appropriations within general and non-general funds — were also approved.
Each resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by roll call with the three commissioners recorded as voting in the affirmative. No dissenting votes or abstentions were recorded in the meeting transcript.
The board then moved to departmental reports and scheduled an executive session later in the meeting.
