For vice chairman, Ronald Barnett nominated Bill Casaday; Casaday declined that nomination and instead nominated Robbin Phillips. Richard Bradley seconded Phillips’s nomination, and the Commission voted unanimously to elect Robbin Phillips vice chairman.
