The council again approved a motion to hold the matter until April.
Conditional Use Permit 03‑2026, a proposed vehicle service station at 2217 E. 42nd Street, was introduced with agent Carlton Moore and applicant Rakesh Patel identified. The applicant asked for additional time to revise application materials and plans; the council voted to hold that item in abeyance as well.
All three motions to hold were passed by the members present. No final approvals or denials on these three items were recorded at this meeting; each item was scheduled for consideration at the April meeting.
