Bandera County Commissioners' Court approved several routine administrative and contracting items during its Feb. 12 regular meeting.
On subdivision matters, Commissioner Jack U. Moseley moved to approve the replat of Lots 213 and 214 in Spring Creek Ranch into a single lot (Pct. #4) and to approve the proposed replat of Lot 10 in Bellows Addition (Pct. #3). Both motions were seconded by Commissioner Troy Konvicka and approved 4-0 with Commissioner Jordan Rutherford absent.
Financial and administrative actions included approval of a contract with Invoice Cloud to provide credit-card processing services for the Tax Office (motion by Commissioner Konvicka, seconded by Commissioner Harris, approved 4-0); a decision to postpone action on the county's Investment Policy (motion by Commissioner Konvicka, seconded by Commissioner Harris, approved 4-0); and appointment of Treasurer Beverly Schmidt as County Investment Officer with Commissioner Jack Moseley, Commissioner Troy Konvicka and Auditor Daryl Sadler named to the Investment Committee (motion by Commissioner Moseley, seconded by Commissioner Konvicka, approved 4-0).
The court also authorized BEC Fiber contracts for cable at the County Annex and approved the consent agenda covering department reports, payment of bills, payroll schedules and minutes. With no further business, the court adjourned following a unanimous recorded vote on the motion to adjourn.
The transcript records motions, seconders and vote tallies for each action but contains no additional detail about contract values, timelines or the Investment Policy changes; those items were either not submitted or were postponed in the meeting record.
