Moseley moved to postpone action on revising the Human Resources director and HR employees' job descriptions until May 2026; Commissioner Jordan Rutherford seconded and the motion carried 4-0. The consent agenda—county officials' and departments' reports; payment of bills; schedule of countywide receipts; schedule of semi-monthly payroll; approval of minutes; and deputation—was approved by the same unanimous vote.
