Bandera County commissioners approve multiple subdivision replats, adopt firearms order and impose countywide burn ban

On public-safety policy, Commissioner Jordan Rutherford moved — and Commissioner Jack U. Moseley seconded — a resolution adopting an order regulating the discharge of firearms in certain areas of Bandera County pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 235.022. The court approved the resolution 4-0. The recorded vote on these (and other) motions was: Judge Richard A. Evans — Yes; Commissioner Troy Konvicka — Yes; Commissioner Jack U.
