Commissioner Konvicka moved to accept the completed TxDOT English Crossing Bridge project; Moseley seconded and the court approved that acceptance 5‑0.
On financial oversight matters, Commissioner Jordan Rutherford moved to enter an engagement letter with audit firm Neffendorf & Blocker, P.C. for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2025, and authorized the County Judge to sign the letter; the court approved the engagement 5‑0. Commissioner Konvicka moved to approve budget line‑item transfers; that motion passed unanimously. The court finished the agenda by approving the consent agenda — officials' reports, payment of bills, receipts, semi‑monthly payroll, minutes and deputations — and then adjourned.
