San Juan commission approves annexation, vape‑shop permit, street contract and $250,000 playground contribution

SAN JUAN — The San Juan City Commission on May 12 approved several routine and contested items, including an annexation petition, a conditional‑use permit for a vape and smoke shop, a low‑bid street improvement contract and an interlocal funding agreement for a north‑side inclusive playground.
